Thanks for posting about this! I really like chorizo and eggs! Sounds like a delicious combo. Curious if the chorizo used in these are beef, pork or soy based?

Hah, that's pretty funny, because Eggface had a crustless chorizo quiche recipe on her blog at the end of September.

So, for anyone that doesn't have a TJ's near or just wants to give it a try on your own, here's her recipe. I could totally see making these in the mini muffin form as well.

Sounds yummy but no Trader Joe's here in Tx. I sure wish there was from all I've read they have lots of yummy foods.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago - they're not bad, but they needed something.  For me, that something was a little bit of ketchup.

They are a great value, and they pack quite a protein wallop.  I prefer the Trader Joe's Spinach & Mushroom quiche, though, if we're going on flavor alone (although its protein count is something like 20g per quiche).  It has a crust, hence more carbs, though.

Those are SOOOO yummy!  They have a second flavor of them that I like even better - Feta, bacon & spinach (I think the third thing is spinach).  So Good !!!

Wow you all really came through for me!! Thank you each and everyone of you. I'll tell you, I don't know what I'd do with out OH!!
I had Stomach Stapling in Feb 1992, as some of you know. Back then there was no support at all! And my Surgeon was close to a hundred miles from me. No joke. I had to see a dietitian who was totally against me or anyone having WLS period.

My staple line came open somehow in the last several years. So I am going to have a RNY, someday in the future...And a few other things fixed too.

As some of you may have noticed I changed Surgeons. I am sad about that. But I had no choice because I am considered high risk.

But I have heard good things about my new Doctor, Dr. Kelly in Worcester Ma. Anyone have him as a Surgeon? I loved to hear from you...Thank you again for all the help here. Alizka
