Second: I drove 20 miles to get yogurt-- through the snow-- and my car died and I had to call a tow service to jump it. My 45 minute appointment took me 4 hours. I want another snow day!!!!

Been off, just me and my kid, doing laundry and watching TV. We're going to try to drive to the supermarket in a little bit, 'cause I ran out of fabric softener. I'm trying to behave today in the eating department. 'snot easy.
B - PB&J in half a Trader Joe's soy pita (11 grams of protein in ONE HALF!), milk
S - Van's whole grain waffle with butter, PB &J, coffee
(I seem to have a thing for the PB&J today)
L - Trader Joe's Coconut Curry Chicken sticks & sweet/spicy sauce (also from Trader Joe's)
S - chocolate bar with hazelnuts (oops. so much for behaving)
Later, I'll have turkey chili with cheese & sour cream, probably a handful of tortilla chips, with a protein shake for dessert. I'll try to resist the cookies in the basement. I may even log some time on my Wii fit today!
Pre-B: Protein chocolate caramel coffee (aka macchiato fakeout)
B: Cottage cheese with Kashi Go Poop
S: cheese stick & handful of popcorn
L: pastrami & muenster roll ups & pickles
S2: dark chocolate covered edamame
D: jury's still out, probably homemade chili

All of this will bring me to a grand total of WAY too Effin Few Calories, but when your mouth hurts, you do what you gotta. At least I'm getting my protein and liquids in!
As for exercise? Screw it. I hurt. I'll get back on schedule in a day or two.
