SNOW DAY! I slept until noon! :)

Weird eats today-- dunno why.

B: Half a Low Sugar Detour Bar
     Cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt
L: Chicken Chili Verde on lettuce with 50% Cabot Cheddar and 0% Greek Yogurt
S: 4 oz greek yogurt
S: 8 oz unjury protein shake with frozen berries and soy milk
S; Caramel rice cake with 2 tbsp Power Peanut Butter
D: Pumpkin Raisin Souffle with FF with syrup, whipped cream and almonds
S: Cup of Only 8 Frozen Yogurt


A little low in fat---- aw well!

Rice cake question: do they make soy cakes---like soy crisps --only the size of a rice cake? And if no, why the hell not?

Second: I drove 20 miles to get yogurt-- through the snow-- and my car died and I had to call a tow service to jump it. My 45 minute appointment took me 4 hours. I want another snow day!!!!

The kids are out of school today so my wonderful husband took 1/2 day off and took them sleding!! He's so wonderful!!

D;  IDK  I am sooo not hungry today damn ulcer who know probably more cottage cheese

SNOW DAY, BAY-BEE!!!

Been off, just me and my kid, doing laundry and watching TV.  We're going to try to drive to the supermarket in a little bit, 'cause I ran out of fabric softener.  I'm trying to behave today in the eating department.  'snot easy.

B - PB&J in half a Trader Joe's soy pita (11 grams of protein in ONE HALF!), milk
S - Van's whole grain waffle with butter, PB &J, coffee
(I seem to have a thing for the PB&J today)
L - Trader Joe's Coconut Curry Chicken sticks & sweet/spicy sauce (also from Trader Joe's)
S - chocolate bar with hazelnuts (oops.  so much for behaving)

Later, I'll have turkey chili with cheese & sour cream, probably a handful of tortilla chips, with a protein shake for dessert.  I'll try to resist the cookies in the basement.  I may even log some time on my Wii fit today!

Home again today and for the rest of the week, trying to finish up my schoolwork for the week so I can play!!  My neighbor is home recovering from surgery and we have a WiiFest planned for tomorrow.  Woot!

Pre-B: Protein chocolate caramel coffee (aka macchiato fakeout)
B: Cottage cheese with Kashi Go Poop
S: cheese stick & handful of popcorn
L: pastrami & muenster roll ups & pickles
S2: dark chocolate covered edamame
D: jury's still out, probably homemade chili
LNS: Protein decaf or hot chocolate

I'm not able to eat anything solid today due to a broken tooth. Grr.

B: Worldwide Pure Protein RTD shake, Vanilla

S:Coffee with splenda (not much nutrition, but heck, I can't eat!)

L: Worldwide Pure Protein RTD shake, Creamy Chocolate (see a trend here?)

S: Worldwide Pure Protein RTD Shake, Cookies and Cream

D: Trader Joes' French Onion Soup (assuming that the dentist fixes my tooth, if not, it's another shake... strawberry or something)

S: Worldwide Pure Protein RTD shake, Banana

All of this will bring me to a grand total of WAY too Effin Few Calories, but when your mouth hurts, you do what you gotta. At least I'm getting my protein and liquids in!

As for exercise? Screw it. I hurt. I'll get back on schedule in a day or two.
