The anti-imflammatory in Midol is tylenol which is safe.  I take it with no problem but you should consult with your surgeons office before taking meds to be safe.  Hope you feel better.

There are 2 different types of Midol. 1 has tylenol (acetaminophen) and one has motrin (ibuprofen). Tylenol is not an NSAID so it is safe for us to take. Just remember to always check the labels. And if ever in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg works so much better.  I would just drink some milk afterwards, or put it on sf ice cream (just a teaspoon of ice cream) or yogart.  Nutmeg also works on cramps from h@ll. You will be smiling and doing cartwheels.

worth noting many pms related things have caffeine. so if you do decide to use them make sure you do pay attention to hydration. I"m sure it's not something that has the same as a cup of coffee. but still worth noting.
