As a spinal issue veteran i would strongly recommend you visit a chiropractor. The alignment of your spine effects every part of your body...
I can give you my long story but suffice it to sayyour choices for back pain are...
pain killers that don't work,
pain killers that get you addicted
physical therapy that hurts and works as long as you go forever.
acupuncture..that might work for a little while...
spinal surgery ...
living in pain is hardly worth living..and bbelieve me I know spinal pain... NOTHING, short of surgery, helped one tenth as much as getting my spine into proper alignment....no cutting, no drugs, huge relief!
When we loose all this weight and have skin hanging naturally our spine is going to work it's way out of whack. You may need several ajustments and with those and some abdomen and back strengenthening exercise you may still be able to achieve substansial relief.
Ask your hard working friends if they use a chiro... doctors don't usually think much of them so probably won't make a referral...But haard working types like hairdressers and tradesmen and people that have to keep going almost all use chiros...
It is probably the most effective and least invasive cure available...Obviously I swear by it... The right POP can really make all the difference.
try it !!!
