Ok, you're gonna make me dip into my "fun fund" to try these dang Chocolite dealies now!!!!  Ah well...I'm ordering my own jar of PB2 as well so it's all good.

It's cold as a witch's tit here.  Today the kiddos and I have to perform a minor miracle.  Get them from school by 5:30, get everyone's hair did and up to church for a portrait by 6:40.  Yikes.  But in good news, my headache is gone---yea!

Today:

B - Picante beef egg white omelette (I was mad this a.m.  I made the kids a breakfast that I woulda loved to have but a) too carby b) too early in the a.m. for my pouch and food--they had cheesy grits!!!)
L - Cheesy Chicken/"Rice" Casserole
S - Either a small side salad w/ ranch or 1/2 c. fake mac 'n cheese (ain't choices nice?)
D - No worldly idear
LNS - Dammit!  I got the wrong Swiss Miss!  I got "No Sugar Added" instead of Diet!  it's a difference of 35 calories per packet and I don't want that extra crap.  So I guess I gotta exchange it.  Anyhoo...when I get my correct hot chocolate I will have that with some SF hazelnut syrup, a little whippage, and a drizzle of SF Caramel on top

Ah yes, the PB2 - I ordered the three jars and still have one left. It lasts a long time.

We are headed out of town for the day. Up to McCall for the winter Ice carnival. It's a town full of amazing ice sculptures. Should be fun.

Eating will probably be 'off' since we'll be on the go all day. More snacky than usual.

But for now I am sipping my protein coffee and I'll have a vanilla egg custard in a bit. I'll bring some string cheese and almonds on the road.

We are going to eat out at a favorite breakfast place once we get there. Breakfast out is the worst - usually no good options. But I'll do my best.

Maybe I'll post a pic of one of the sculptures tomorrow. Wish us luck on the icy roads of idaho!

Oh no! I hope Siamon comes home soon! I don't think I could function if I had outdoor cats-- I worry too much.

I'm a worrier too, but since hubby was diagnosed with COPD it was literally a choice between him or the cats. Do we keep them as indoor animals, and risk hubby's health, or do we allow them to be indoor outdoor animals, and reduce the pet dander/hair in the house, and incidentally risk their little furry lives? It was a hard call to make, but hubby does matter more to me than any of my furry children, and except for Siamon, they are all Alley cats that adopted us in the first place, so they're all street smart critters. Siamon was born under our bed (along with seven siblings) and didn't go outdoors until last August. (a little over a year old at that time).

We drove around the neighborhood and were happy to note that there weren't any kitty corpses visible. My thought is that someone found him, saw how perfect he was and how loving and convinced themselves that he was homeless. They probably have him locked up indoors and he's wanting to come home to me. So I'm gonna post notices in the neighborhood as well as across the busy street in front of our house where there's a humongous apartment complex. I figure if someone found him, and they find that he's missing, they'll get him home. Most kitty lovers know the anguish of another kitty lover having lost their kitty and wouldn't keep him. (unless they thought he was valuable, but he's just a kitten of an alley cat, even if he is gorgeous)

I just hope no dogs ate him, and no kids used him for target practice or horrendous "who cares, it's just a cat" pranks like lighting him on fire or feeding him to their pit bull or anything else liike that.

My poor baby boy.... I felt so bad when I woke up this morning and he wasn't waiting outside my bedroom door to talk to me.

Could you tell me where you get your Power Peanut Butter?  I googled it and came up with a bunch of different items, not sure which is the one you use.
Thanks!

Try www.netrition.com.  You can order directly from the manufacturer, but they make you buy in bulk whereas Netrition does not.
