hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced a rashy type complexion after rny.  Im about ten weeks out and have noticed my face and neck feel rashy and bumpy.  I can tell visibly in the mirror but its not noticable to others unless i point it out.  I was wondering what to do.

Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of hormones stored in fat cells.  Oil producing hormones included.  You bust the cell, the hormone comes out and your face is the innocent bystander.

Mine cleared up after a while.  Eat good food.  Drink plenty of water.  Take your vitamins.  It'll all even out.

" We are what we eat and what we do not excrete"

Skin  is one of the elimination organ.  If things get get out other ways (colon) then the body is self poisoning.  Make sure you drink a lot of water, eat good food (veggies, fish oil, etc) and make sure you have often and regular BM.  That is critical for a good skin.  Also - ask yourself - have you change face product recently? if you did not - maybe more natural approach will help your face.  If you did - most likely you developed allergy to the new product./

Our liver try to filter all toxins - but since we are losing weight so quickly  - there is so much hormones, toxins, that were stored in our fatty tissue - that the liver may gets overload in times.  The toxins build up in your skin, and your skin tries to take over elimination.

To assist the liver - take weekly warm (not hot) baths with Epsom salts and or backing soda (plain, with no other additives).  Use natural body cleansers (can be found in health food stores) and make sure you are not constipated...
