FYI- Arnold's brand has what they I think they call sandwich thins.  They come in whole grain,multi,-grain, white and wheat, etc.  They're about 100 calories for a whole one, but I only use 1/2.  I don't count carbs(only cals and protein) so I have no idea if it's high but the whole grain white has 22g.

I found "flat outs" at Costco.  They're kind of like a tortilla, but really low carb - like 5 gms.  They are also only 100 calories and high fiber.  They're oblong and about 8" or so.  I don't eat them right out of the package.   I "toast" them in the oven for a couple of minutes or put them directly on the stovetop for a minute or so. I then bake them in the oven with Turkey Pep & Moz and a little pizza sauce.  They are awsome and really filling.   They make the perfect pizza crust!
