calories in deluxe pizza? (toppings only!)

I have found that I cannot tolerate breads or pizza dough.  When my family goes out or orders pizza out, we get a deluxe pizza (sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, black olives, sauce).  I just eat the topping off of like 2 pieces.  So I am only getting the toppings, sauce, cheese etc.  Problem is that I track everything on the daily plate and am having trouble entering the nutritional value of the toppings only.

What I have been doing is entering the pizza and then saying I only eat half.  I don't know the nut value of the dough.  Any ideas?  I found on the daily plate an entry for pizza toppings for pizza hut meatza; but it shows the sodium as 2800mg!!  This seems unbelievable.  I want to enter my own; but feel overwhelmed trying to calculate how much to enter.

I find fitday.com much more user friendly about adding your own foods.

The best solution I have come up with is to use a recipe calculator and aproximate what is on each slice you eat:
Then you can eneter the nutrutional info in the daily plate.
