Ok so it only took me ALL week to finally make it and post it, but better late than never, right?

Crab Imperial

1lb lump crabmeat
1 tsp fresh parsley
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4c egg beaters (or 1 egg)
1 tsp worcestershire
2oz. Fage (or any greek yogurt)
2T light mayo
1tsp. Old Bay (or any seafood seasoning you like)
 4- 4oz ramekins

Preheat oven to 400*F. Comabine all ingredients except for crab meat in a medium bowl and whip until smooth. In a seperate mixing bowl, add crab meat and pour imperial sauce over crab. GENTLY toss to combime being careful not to break up crab meat lumps. Put 4oz of mixture into each greased (I used Pam) ramekin and bake for 15-25 minutes (or until the sauce is no longer runny).
Yum!

Pretty good stats too!!

For 1- 4oz ramekin:
172 cal
6g fat
1 carb
26g protein

I'm planning on making crab stuffed baby bella mushrooms tomorrow night and this might be the ticket to stuff them with. I may have to cave and use some bread crumbs, but all in all this sounds divine and looks awesome too!

Thanks for sharing! Timing couldn't have been better!
