Working two jobs and exercise
I was doing tae-bo for about a month and doing great, but I have had to get another job, so I am working two jobs and going to school online. I have not felt like exercise because I am soooo tired. Since I have quit exercising I have gained about two pounds. I am almost a year out and I don't want to mess this up now. Anyone got any suggestions on how to get some exercise or some energy to exercise.
When I was working full-time and in grad school, I had a really hard time fitting in exercise, but I would try to always take the stairs, park farther away from where I was going, etc. to make sure to burn calories when I couldn't get in a "formal" workout.
If you can force yourself to get up an hour early and squeeze something in before your day starts, it will get your workout out of the way and give you more energy throughout the day.. It ain't easy, but you can do it if you make it a priority.
Best of luck!

I feel ya...I have three jobs and go to school part time...it is TOUGH.
What I did was make it non-negotiable. It's like showering. The day doesn't finish without a work out.
Some days when I am really crunched for time or especially tired, I can usually fit in 2 miles on my 30 min lunch break. Lunch isn't really a big deal anymore anyway....
Hope that suggestion helps!

I have two jobs myself. Luckily, one of them is AT the gym. Here are a few tips I give to my clients to try and fit a little exercise in.
Take a walk during breaks at work. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park at the very back of the parking lot and walk that little extra each time. Do you find time to watch TV? Do some step aerobics while watching TV instead of sitting on the sofa. Get some bands and do upper body work while at your desk at work. It's all about keeping moving!
Good luck! Holler if you need me. I'm not around much with the two jobs and all but I do check in when I can.
