My stomach doesn't growl when hungry does yours?
I'm just now realizing this 3+ mths out. Weird totally weird. I can't explain what hunger feels like now but it does NOT include growling belly like pre op. Now I know the growler works because once I start eating it makes all kinda noise. What does hunger feel like to you and does your belly growl?

Hungry is usually an empty hollow feeling accompanied by the sense of an urgent need to eat. When the growling starts, I'm way past my limit.

What Crystal said. I rarely if ever feel hunger, and my stomach never growls from hunger. Usually just an empty/shaky feeling if I've gone too long without eating, and my brain gets foggy if I haven't had enough protein. It's weird, like I am going around in circles, but hey it helps keep me on track.
