Help! blue/green tongue

My surgery in next Monday.  I've been doing a pre-op diet since 6/28.  This morning I noticed that my tongue is a pale blueish/green color on the top.  Anybody know what's causing this?

food coloring? fruits?
popsicles come to mind..

No food coloring.  I haven't had any popsicles for a few days.  I have had some cherries.  But it is not like a stain. 

I have my Pap test appointment with PCP on Thursday.  Hoping it goes away before then, but will ask if it doesn't.  I just don't want anything weird to interfere with my surgery next Monday.

I hope it's nothing "critical"... if u r like me, at this point you don't want anything getting in the way of Monday.  I am excited.  Think positive.

It was the same color this morning.  It looks normal now.  I'm thinking it might be the Tums that I chew when I go to bed.  I skip the Tums tonight and see what it looks like in the morning. 

It could also be dehydration from sleeping with my mouth open.  I feel fine, so I don't think it is a virus or infection.

Thanks for the link.  I was having a hard time finding anything.

Oh, gosh, that would be too funny if it is the Tums!  I hope that's all that it is (probably so) -
