So you say you miss grilled cheese sandwiches...

I bought a bag of the Orowheat ones up in Northern Cali two weeks ago. Still haven't seen them down here.

They are really good, but I can't eat a whole one. I have to take half of one and fold it over.

How about a teeny slice of deli ham, 2% american and thin slice of tomato?

I'm salivating.   I'm gonna have to scour the yuppie supermarkets in town.

My Grilled Cheese:

two slices of Sara Lee Multi-Grain 45 cal. Bread (45 cal. per slice)
Jarlsberg Lite Swiss Cheese Slice, Walla Walla sweet onion slice, tomatoe slice, and then spary outside of bread with "I can't believe its not butter", and slap the sucker in the George Forman Grill.

Haven't been brave enough to have the tomatoe soup with it (my favorite comfort food) I can't wrap my brain around soup AND sandwich when I am supposed to separate liquids from solids.

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Wish I could find the Arnolds or Orowheat thins but haven't been able too in my area.

I use low calorie wheat bread, spray it with ICBINB spray and use Pam to make my grilled cheese sandwiches, I use full fat cheese.  I've only had 3 in the last 2 years but now you've got me wanting one and I've already planned on turkey burgers for today so maybe tomorrow I'll have one instead.

Y'all have GOT to find Blue Bonnet Light. Comparable stats for WAY less money. I'll find the comparison and post it later.
