I have worn mine in a pony tail mostly for the past 2 months. It made it easier to comb over the really thin spots and it can be dressed up with different accessories. Thank goodness the shedding is almost done! I was starting to look into hair pieces and wigs.

I know for my really thin spots I use a thing called Xfusion Keratin Hair Fibers it comes in different colors and I just shake a little where I am thin - it is small pieces of hair it really camoflages the spots - I only use it when I am going out places since I mainly stay around the house I don't waste it - it is kinda expensive...My mom got it from a hairstylist that specialized in wiglets...but my mom lost hair in clumps from breakage with her wiglet but we still use the Xfusion - Love it I have seen it googling before.
