tape sticky from surgery

I got lucky on that one. My mom is an at home nurse and cares for a patient who has to use tape. Because that stuff leaves the glue residue and doesn't come off w/ soap & water there are these medical swabs specifically for that purpose. She asked if he minded if she took a few for me and they worked wonderfully. I don't remember what they were called but maybe a medical supply store would know or a pharmacy. Very gentle, not drying and you don't need to rub very hard to get the goo removed.
