 Hello,
The family is having coney dogs from our local coney place, and I really want a cup of chili. Does anyone know the facts about this kind of chili or should I just stay away from the idea?
 Thanks, Marie. Post op 7months.

My only concern would be if there is any sugar added.  I'd hate to start eating it and have a major blow out if you know what I mean.  I would ask about the ingredients.  Bring extra clothes, lol.

Chili should be OK;  just start out with a cupful, not a bowl.  And put some cheese, onions, and salsa on it for me!!!

You don't have a surgery date listed so not sure if you are post op or how long post op, but I would say unless you know the NUT facts to steer clear. Chili is something can have have hidden fat and sugars so you'll want to know exactly what you're getting if you eat it.

I'm gonna go pick up dinner and will ask if they can tell me the nutritional facts, some restaurants list there's on the web, but this one doesn't have one posted. I am gonna try a cup and see what happens, might have to bring my laptop in the bathroom...LOL

we counted the days till we could have tomato products again and chili was one of the first foods we added back.. Wtih beens and cheese and onions and greek yogurt or low fat sour cream as toppers.

I love JCI chili! I've been having it since about the 3rd week. I use it for a treat food and only have it about once a month but when I do I thoroughly enjoy it...with cheese and onions, please!!!!
