HOW do i get the Lumps OUT?

Here are a couple of recipes:

8 ounces of milk (I use FF lactaid)
2 tablespoons of SF chocolate syrup - I use torani or davinci's
5 ice cubes
1 1/2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder
2 tablespoons of SF pudding powder (I use chocolate)
1 sliced banana

Put it all in a blender and mix approx 30-45 seconds until ice is gone.  YOu get a delicious chocolate milk shake with 38 grams of protein - no clumps.


Protein Hot Chocolate

Make No Sugar Added Hot Chocolate as usual (Swiss Miss) and in a separate small bowl - take a scoop and a half of chocolate whey protein and add 1/3 of a cup of cool water and mix until smooth.  Add the mixture to the hot chocolate and you get a delicious mug of hot chocolate.  Add milk to taste.  You get 35 grams of protein
