Special K makes a packet mix in pink lemonade and lemon iced tea that has 5 g of p and added fiber as well...figure any little bit of protein helps...tastes just like Crystal Light.
I use unjury unflavored protein with crystal light. I am trying nectar unflavored now. There doesn't seem to be a difference. i used to use a stick blender to mix but it got to thick, now I just shacke it really good
I add crystal light to nectar syntrax or syntrax matrix protein powder, with a lot of water, and drink that. i haven't tried unflavord (which DOES have a flavor)
