When I was really early out, I generally ordered soup.  Now, I try to get one of my kids to share with me.  If you don't have any issues with chicken, the fajitas could be a fine plan.  I always play it safe when eating out.

Look at the soups and some of the appitizers are good to have as a meal, I usually do that and share.

I was able to eat 2 portions out of 8 of the chicken quesadilla. Don't eat the salsa or sour cream. They don't go overboad on the cheese.

My doctor sent me home from the hospital straight to a soft diet. The chicken quesadilla was chewed pretty soft. Don't get french onion soup as it is loaded with salt to an excess. I don't know about the other soups.

Remember to eat as your doctor prescibed.

Here is the menu nutritional guide, just try for low fat/sodium high protein.
Looks like there are a few good choices on there!
Let us know how you make out!
I'd go for the Dynomite shrimp, look at the carbs on that artichoke dip! HOLY MOLY!!! LOL

I say soup or a potato. My doc. said no carbs too, but my sister who had bypass 5 years ago lived off taters her first months and still got to her goal weight. My dr also said sour cream is ok so Id do a baked potato with sour cream. OR soup!!

I went there fairly early on and the only thing that settled well was the fried mozzarella cheese sticks....not the best but they tasted good and didn't make me feel sick.  The fajitas are good too.

I tried the artichoke dip at about a month out and it made me sick. It was just too rich and too fatty, and I really only had about the equivalent of about a spoonful. I don't have too many issues with most foods, but anything too rich or high in fat doesn't sit well with me.
