I'm kind of surprised no one has said this yet.. Applebee's has their Weigh****chers menu and at least the last time i was there (which was a while ago) they have a VERY TASTY tilapia dish on that menu.  I think its cajun-lime tilapia.  Tilapia is a very tender, soft white fish and the way they season it is so delicious!

I've been to Applebee's twice since I had surgery.  The first time I had that tilapia and it went down perfectly.  I ate about 1/3 of the portion and took the rest home.  The second time I ordered an appetizer assortment.. I ended up making myself throw it up in a book store restroom I was in so much discomfort afterwards.

I was just looking at Red Lobster (way better than applebees) and it looks like we can enjoy steamed crab legs, and garlic shrimp scampi...all guilt free! And for those further out,  A nice salad would be awesome!

I am at two months and any chicken besides crock pot cooked chicken, makes me throw up so for me I would go with any smooth soup, even a french onion before I could do chicken in public.

I would go with the shrimp, but I have already eaten shrimp so I know that I can chew it and that my pouch likes it!!

It's just a matter of knowing what you've had before and what you think will be the best choice for you!! :D

Huggles!!
