 well, 236g is about 8 oz.  So if you are eating 1 oz then you're getting about 2g of protein and 3g of fat.   It might be okay for this early out but not a good thing for the long run.  :(  Too bad you don't like corned beef - they have a 50% less fat version.    I'd suggest making your own version of it.  Don't mean to rain on your parade but this is the beginning of your new life and that stuff probably shouldn't be part of it.

I remember once I got to that stage even though it wasn't on my list, I got the pinto and cheese cups from taco bell and it didn't hurt me and I got protein from the beans. Of course I couldn't eat the whole thing but the couple bites I could, I was in heaven!
