Is there a way to get this list with sugar/protein/fat/calories listed?
The only things I heard that are *safe* for us if we are out of options (we should be prepared...right? but what about those days that **** just piles upon itself and you're not planned for meals?) are the beans and cheese from taco places (I'm in California so I'm well covered here) and the chili from Wendys.
I'm more worried about the numbers that are missing from the list :)

My favorite is Starbucks--the Chicken Hummus Pita Plate is 250 calories, the oatmeal is 150 calories--i put cinnamon and nutmeg. I also like the picnic pasta salad which has chicken, tomatoes, cucumber and pesto--it's 320 calories--and I need two sittings to eat the whole thing.
At dunkin donuts I get the 150 calorie egg white wrap. I still like wendy's chili even at 4 years post op. Taco Bell beans still do the trick for me. Old standby--1 slice of plain pizza--at 4 years can barely finish one slice.
Sometimes I stop at a Chinese Restaurant and get either a small egg drop or wonton soup to go...or I get steamed shrimp and stringbeans or broccoli--sometimes just plain steamed shrimp.
Sometimes I stop at a grocery store and get fresh shrimp ****tail and eat it in the car.
At four years out, I have lost 100 percent of my excess weight and have incorporated as many foods as I could right from the start and live a pretty normal life!

Thanks for the post... some ppl are always going to find fault in everything someone else does.. sad but true. We made the decision to have surgery with out them holding our hand and telling us what to do so I don't think it is any of their bees wax what we do post op. I see stuff that ppl eat and I am like " wow, what are you doing?" but i hold my tongue, why? because me telling them how bad they are will only push them to eat those foods more after I sit on my high horse and look down on all the " little ppl" as it seems so many like to do around here! Thank Maria
for posting I am so glad you are willing to post things that can be a blessing to all of us and help us make wiser choices instead of standing on your mountain and thinking you are better then everyone else as SOME seem to enjoy doing so darn much.
