Can I eat a sugar free fudgsicle?

i wouldnt tend to think so only 3 weeks out.. only cause of the sugar alcohols.. and of the chocolate...
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

SF popscicles were on the list of approved foods for the liquid stage post op on my doc's plan. If it's got sugar alcohols in it though be careful just in case they don't agree with you. In other words...try it at home first where if you don't react well you can deal with it.

While I always say follow the guide you are given from your nutritionist and surgeon...

YES.  A freaking sugar free fudgesicle should NOT be a problem

Maybe have half, see how you feel.

I LOVE me some sugar free pops! They have a variety box with regular popsicles, creamsicles and fudgesicles, all sugar free!! It's wonderful!
