the small grocery store in my town sells the chips, but not the wraps.  the larger store sells the wraps, but not the chips.  When I get home I will have to look at them and let you know the flavors.  There were a few.

I love doing this! I've seen the Flatout Chips in the stores too, but the stats are not as good as for the actual Light Wraps.

1 Flatout Light Original Wrap: 90 cals, 9g protein, 16g carbs, 9g fiber (so 7 NET carbs), 2.5g fat
1 1-oz. serving of Sea Salt Flatout Chips: 120 cals, 6g protein, 17g carbs, 1g fiber (so 16 NET carbs), and 3.5g fat.  The cheese ones are a little better with just 10 net carbs, but more fat and calories and same amt of protein.

It's not difficult to toast them myself, so I'll stick with making my own!

Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.
