THURSDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Morning Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a great week.   Hard to believe that the weekend is almost upon us.   As I think about life....we ALL have so very many things in our lives to be grateful for.    Most of the things we all take for granted such as sunshine, waking up.....etc.     This post is to remind us that no matter how bleak life seems to be for us there is always something in our lives to be grateful for.   Here are a few things today that I am grateful for.......

Grateful for waking up and for life itself,
My WLS and all the different choices of surgeries,
My family and friends,
Grateful that my oldest son found a precious, beautiful lady who I will be so proud to be my DIL in May,
For my life and health,
For Obesity Help and my support group that I lead,
For the OH Events that Kim works so hard to make a huge success each year,
For all the wonderful people here on the message boards on OH and for the one's that I have met,
For my faith and answered prayers,
For my family loving and supporting me in my decision over 5 yrs. ago to have my WLS,
For having no problems after my surgery and for good blood workups.

 I am beyond greatful to Christ that he has allowed me to see another morning and my children are well.





I give thanks in all changes in life and happy to know that when I feel  alone I know that I truly am not. He's my mother when I am motherless and a father when I am fatherless, he my rock in a weary land and my financial provider. He is the alpha and omega and I KNOW I can call upon his name any time of day and night.





Keep my family in your prayers and as always, thank you for your daily post.
