coffe help
I have taken to making lattes. I use a stove top espresso maker (Ross's- $5.99) and espresso of course..makes about 3 ounces of espresson and then I add in warm milk....I get that coffee smell while getting a boost of protein from the milk added. I am only 3 months out and I just couldn't take it. So a few timeds a week....this is my treat. Lattes have less caffeine then a regular cup of joe.
I put a little bit of starbucks instant coffee in my chocolate protein shake in the morning. It is good cold or hot. For the longest time I used decaf coffe in that shake, but I have gone back to a little bit of coffee with caffeine and haven't had any issues. I do it just to get the taste, I really only use a little.
I also like Click protein powder, It does have less protein than most, so if I have that I mix it with my other protein powder.
