Done too much pain ??

Done too much pain ??   I am 7 months out and on occasion after I find that I have done too much, I tend to get a soreness pain in my right side of my stomach, kind of near the middle, near one of my incisions.. It happens after walking too much (think Disney World) or after standing in place too long (think a concert) or like the other day I was feeling great and decided to move my sons furniture around to clean. Its sorta light furniture since I can move it alone......... At 7 months I just find it crazy that I am not 100% healed and cant do these things...Is this normal? This time i think I really did it cause I've been sore for a couple days...     Also on that note I took tylenol and it didn't help... Can our bodies absorb the tablets fast enough? Do they make liquid tylenol?>

I don't think it's normal to have pain this far out.  I would make an appointment with my surgeon.  It could be a small hernia, adhesions, pulled muscle, something - I'm not a dr.

I've never taken liquid tylenol, I believe that they do make it for adults, jus****ch the sugar....

Hope you get checked out & feel better.

I had a pain like that but on my left side by the incision by my belly button. Difference for me was that was where the surgeon fixed a small hernia he found that was from when I had my gallbladder out 8 months prior to my RNY. I think it was mostly scar tissue and w/ the panni hanging it also seemed to put pressure/pull on that area. After I had my LBL and had that extra skin removed I haven't had that pain in almost 2 years.

Thanks for the advice, info. I'd appreciate hearing more from others of ya having the same type of pain....Gonna wait a few days and see and if not go to DR.

Tylenol reg tablets should be fine for us to absorb?

Thankfully I really havent needed any up to now.
