i need help please abt bread

 i have gotten tons of help/ideas off here so i'm hoping that i can find some help with this issue as well :) what do you replace bread with when your wanting bread??? i'm able to eat bread but want to cut it out of my diet however not sure what to replace it with??? please help, thanks sooo much :)

Depends on what I want to put on bread.. for hamburgers..yes I can eat a small bit.. lol.. I put on soft tortilla shells, but only tiny amount can I eat.. and fresh sliced meats, I roll up in lettuce , I like it.. but I havnt really had much taste for breads, and I found I can eat some, never pushed for more than a few bites.. dont want to start a bad habit again.. Good luck with your goal.

Flat bread is great it does have a few more carbs then regular bread but it also has more protein then bread

wow ya know its crazy i was JUST googling this...and i havnt come up with much besides....lettuce wraps....and low carb wraps....if i find anything good though i will let you know
 I LOVE BREAD SO MUCH.....bread and soda is what i will miss most after this surgery i know it!

i dont eat chicken....but if you do u could use something like this....or maybe even with fake chicken if ur a vegetarian....i dunno...

I use Arnolds sandwich thins, 100cal, 1g fat, 22g carbs, 5 dietary fiber and 4g protein.  I also like Arnold's Oat Nut bread, 1 slice fills me up good!

lol yeah bread and soda and candy were my thing's ohhhh and cereal!!! i'm really trying to get on track and stay there i have found the key about coffee now just working on the other stuff :) ohh and found the key to sweets :)
