This is a GREAT post!!!

I will not be eating.......

- An entire pound of pasta in one sitting.
- Almost an entire half-gallon of ice cream in one sitting.
- A family-sized Stouffer's mac and cheese.
- Two sandwiches consisting of two scrambled eggs, salami or bacon, cheese, on buttered rolls PLUS two milk shakes.
- Four slices of pizza from pizzeria or an entire DiGiorno's frozen pizza.
- Bagel with almost an entire stick of butter on it.
- Boxes of Entenmann's "pop-ems'.
- Bags of Lindt's chocolate truffles, consumed in their entirety in my car.
- 20 piece Chicken McNuggets (no sharing, all mine).
- Six large fresh-baked cookies from the cafeteria at work, hidden in my desk, eaten every single day at work, thinking no one noticed (they did).
- Foot-long sub from Subway (again, no sharing).
- Ginormous diner dinners consisting of soup, salad, big entree AND cheesecake for dessert.

AND.....

I will never ever drink maple syrup straight from the bottle  (can you say SUGAR ADDICT?)

My average day was identical to this:

- pick up on the way to work: Chick fil a chicken biscuit and a 4 count of chicken minis with a large diet coke and maybe a cinnamon twirl to go with it.
- eat that at work and go to a 9 ammt gwith food/candy bowl and eat up
- lunch out was Mexican at least 3 times a week and if I was busy, I'd get the chips and white cheese to go and make that lunch --wtf?
- afternoon was Reese's cups or Snickers from the vending machine or if I could sneak away, a Chick fil a milkshake
- McDonald's fries or cheeseburger on the way home (I live 10 min away from work btw)
- dinner if out was usually Mexican or the Chinese buffet to go (sometimes I would get chips and cheese from the Mexican place that's in the same strip mall as the former fave Chinese restaurant). If I cooked, it was processed crap.
- after dinner: donuts with milk or I would bake pizza rolls or something similar.

PLENTY of nights I would have to stay up to let food digest before I could go to bed b/c I would literally almost puke if I tried to go to bed. This is one of the main reasons that eating out in any form is very rare for me post-surgery.

Be happy.
