what are you eating/doing today? tuesday edition!
Unlike Diva, I actually am digging today's weather. I don't have central AC so nights like last night are positively MISERABLE. I had to sleep in "nature's pajamas" just to be comfortable.
Anyhoo...getting off of TMI...eats:
1. Greek yogurt w/ 1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla latte mix (not Click...it's from the Amish market) w/ ½ c. Fiber One twigs
2. Hot mocha Click
3. I have a lunch meeting so I'm not sure what's being served. Probably sandwiches of some sort. If so, I'll probably eat a sandwich on whole wheat (yes I can eat a whole sandwich...close your mouths!)
4. Dinner: I'd planned to make sausage/peppers for the blog yesterday but didn't. Might go home and make today. Depends on if I get outta this office on time!
5. I'm not sure what I'll have later on tonight. Something, I know. I never get off with just eating dinner. I ALWAYS get hungry again. La Petite Diva found that Wal-Mart has knock offs of Jell-O mousse temptations and got us a pack in dark chocolate. Might do that with strawberries and whippage.

Beautiful day today. A storm passed through after mid-night yesterday and I was without electricity until about 7pm.
Today eats:
B: high protein/calcium bread, .5 c yogurt, .25 c. blueberries
L: Niks creamed beef, 1 slice P28 toasted bread
Dinner: grilled tuna steak, aparagus
Lots of coffee w/ creamer. I have switched to de-caf and add almond milk in place of some of the sf creamer. The milk doesn't make the coffee the right "color" so add a tsp of white creamer. Is this a head thing?
All sounds good to me!

S: protien shake
D: left over turkey burger and if I have room broccoli & cheese
S: if I so desire after dinner 1 slice of toast with peanutbutter

S: Soy Protein Chips
D: Probably more of the chicken stuff
It was so good - I morphed a recipe I saw. Crockpot - Skinless, boneless chicken breast, 1 can 99% FF cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can water, 1 packet of Bari Wise Portein Chicken Boullion, small can green chilies
Potatoes: Idaho Instant made with water and 1/2 c dry ff milk, and LF american cheese (wanted cheddar but did not have it)
