Today is my one year surgiversary!!! I have lost 120 lbs, and hit that mid-February.  Very thankful for this surgery, as it has totally changed my life and I know I have been blessed with miracle of modern medicine.  Trying to not get discouraged that I this plateau is lasting so long.....I still need to lose between 35-40 lbs.

Happy anniversary! (Mine was March 10). My question-how were your labs? Take good care of yourself, you are already a success and the remainder will come off in good time. Jenny

Thanks for the words of encouragement!  Jenny, my labs have been great; I see my doctor next week for my one year check up.  At three months out I had to increase my Vitamin D, and in January my Iron level was too high, but other than that they've been good.
