Getting too thin... help!

I went through the same thing the first year.  You will level out and probably see a small bounce back so be extra careful adding unnecessary carbs to stop the loss.

I'm 6 years out and again 14 lbs below goal and I too look sick.  Mine is stress related so I am trying to manage the stress as much as possible and eat.  My pouch feels like a new post-op which only allows 3-4 bites of food at one time.

Adding the extra protein shakes in addition to your normal eating should help.

I do dread the thought of having the bounce back, so I have been watching the carbs.  I did go a little overboard around Christmas time.. ate every bit of junk that wasn't nailed down (cookies and treats).

I can really tell the difference in my face, it just looks too thin, and borderline as to if I am still looking healthy.  My whole upper body, without clothes, is skin and bones...  So if I have a rebound of a few pounds, it wouldn't hurt.
