Cup to keep shakes cold?
I have my surgery on Monday and only like my protein shakes COLD! Since it is going to take me time to drink each shake, is there any trick or good insulated cup to keep the shake cold? I will add ice cubes, but over the course of time they will melt - and I'm thinking the more ice I add, the more it will melt, and then the more I will have to consume in order to get my protein.
Are there any really good insulated cups or tricks to keep the shake cold for awhile? Maybe make it, and then stick the whole thing in the freezer?
Thanks!

I absolutely love it. It's got a little rod that you freeze that goes in the middle. I had water in it yesterday and it stayed pretty cold for about 5 hours. I also make my shakes in the blender and just add a few cubes of ice to get them really cold.

I make my shakes at night put them in the freezer. In the morning I take it just before I leave for work, nuke it for 20-25 seconds break it up with a fork and I drink it on my way to work it takes about 25 minutes to become completely defrosted but it is still very cold
I usually fini**** by the time I get to my office about 20 minutes later.
