Darn that scale....maybe I should just throw it out the window like some of the vets say .  It can be very deceiving that thing....it hasn't budged in like 2+ weeks, but I have gone down in clothes size for sure.  I have lost tons of inches...only wished I would have measured before surgery.  I feel so beautiful right now , FINALLY!!!  My hubby cant keep his hands off me and is constantly saying how he can feel me getting thinner.  I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!  Gonna seriously try and stay away from the scale though...I think it is sent straight from  to torment me ..hehehehe

I too didn't measure myself before surgery.  Stupid.
My scale didn't seem to change for a bit, but my pants were getting really long, so I know I was losing inches.  First thing to go was my butt ledge.

Yeah for loss!

I'm so glad this was brought up here!  This is my question...Can a Person really loose inches, without pounds??
Years ago, my  Sis In Law told me that you can...this is something that I have so often thought about, and wondered??  Is this REALLY true, the whole inch thing?
I have felt myself getting smaller thru my Hips, but the scale say's diffrent, cause it's not moving...Just wondering??

yes, you can lose inches and not pounds. Last month I lost 6 lbs and 10 inches.  I measure monthly at Curves.

Absolutely you can lose inches and not lbs...I have only lost 13 lbs so far, but my pants are WAY big all over and so are my shirts.  My butt, and thighs are the things going first for me, but I can see it all over.  I am just focusing on the way my clothes fit...not what the scale says !!!!!  Have a great weekend girls - Sarah
