What are you eating/doing today?? Monday
Back to work edition!!
Not really sure Im liking these later hours of 8:30 to 5
taking me out my rhythm and Im not posting these at my normal 4:30am start.
The ONLY plus is sleeping in with BF. My weekend was a lazy one with breakfast in bed and me trying to get used to having a BF (another topic all together) LOL... and him LOVING my body to where yall know I DONT
My eats for today will be:
slice of hot cheese (need to go get some more)
cinnabon cream of wheat
water
not sure about lunch
Dinner will be a chicken wing (gonna make myself eat a WHOLE one hopefully) will some brown rice and some veggie...

Had a busy weekend, DH bought new drapes and wants to go furniture shopping

D - not sure - quorn "turkey" burger or maybe a salmon burger

March 9, 2011 - Coccygectomy!
I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!

Good Morning! Riding season is in motion and I'm SO happy!! I have to wear a lot of extra insulation now because I don't have it naturally anymore! My riding gear, is slightly large on me..... so I guess this means shopping!! Luckily we have a Harley Davidson outlet store in the next town.
This weekend was a complete mess with eating. I fell off the wagon, smacked the road, rolled down the steep hill, hit some huge rocks then into the river below. That's how bad I did. Carb on top of carb followed by cake, chocolates & ice cream sundaeS... (yes, that's plural) then deep fried and then more carbs. What happened?! I have no idea, but I didn't care much for the self pity that followed. So, today I scrape myself up from rock bottom and hop back on that wagon again.
Eats for today:
PreB: 6oz water, coffee
B: 1 egg, 1 slice of ww toast (maybe a chobani)
s: liquids, liquids, liquids
L: tuna salad, small apple & some raw veggies
s: more liquids
D: BBQ chicken shred with some veggies
s: almond joy protein bar

S: Another Protein Latte (with decaf this time or I'll be wired until midnight!)
L: Some lunchmeat, cheese and pickles
S: Pure Protein Vanilla RTD Shake (35 grams protein)
D: Giada's Spring Avocado Arugula Pesto over Dreamfield's pasta
S: A square or two of Lindt's Black Currant chocolate
That should do it... and of course, lots of water and Diet Cranberry juice in between! Have a great day, all...

Doing: I'm on vacation BAY-BEEE!!!! Today I'm going to give my house a thorough scrubdown cuz I can't really relax in a to' up house. I'll probably do a LOOOOONG walk today too.

Right now I am eating a bowl of cottage cheese w/ 1/2 a sliced banana and a couple of sliced strawberries w/ Fiber One on top (this=bliss in my world)
Later I'll probably make some grilled lunchmeat roll ups.

Finally broke a 6 weeks stall and have lost 8 pounds in 4 days! How did I break it one might ask? I got a sinus infection on Friday and barely ate for one day, although I did keep up on my liquids. It was just what I needed because Saturday came and I was back to small protein packed meals, 1 snack and liquids. I feel like I am back on week 4. Those little helpings of pretzels and cheezits are out of my system.
The reboot was well worth it!
B- cottage cheese, 5 triscuit crisps, 1/4 clementine
L- black bean quesadilla on a low carb tortilla, sour cream
S- 1/2 pear and 1/2 Oh Yeah wafer
D- spaghetti with ground beef and a few Dreamfield noodles
Evening- 1 cup of almond milk ( my new love)

Ugghh, so I have SOME nerve complaining about my stall. I didnt eat all that great on Saturday, too many snacks that I allowed myself to have after not eating all day out playing. Had a horrible headache yesterday and snacked more...what makes me think comfort food will make my headache go away? Oh...yeah, then theres the wine I had Friday (ok, one day not so bad) but had more Sunday after reaching my breaking point.
I have been beyond stressed lately.
Oh, and did I mention I tried to beat my stress by baking? I made cheddar garlic biscuits. Lord, what the hell is wrong with me?? At least I only had one and the rest were devoured.
