Ricotta Bake

I just made a Ricotta Bake and I added some breakfast sausage and pepperoni to it. It smells heavenly. Can't wait to try it. Back in a few to let you know.

OH-K, I am back. It is cheesey and gooey and salty and saucy. I love it. If you are craving a red sauce pasta, pizza type meal, this will do it. It is on Eggface website.

I tried that at about 3 weeks and it didn't sit very well. I had the low fat ricotta and the low sugar sauce and still I had heartburn for 2 hours. Everything said now but it wasn't a favorite. Haven't tried Eggface's recipe. Want to try it again because I'm sick of my choices. Wonder if I should wait awhile or try again soon.

I love putting Italian sausage crumbles and spinach in ricotta bake. Even at 3 years out I will make them occasionally. YUM!
