OT....Avatar Pics

Does anyone know how to adjust the size of your pics so that you can use them for your avatar??  I've been working on it and I'm failing miserably!

Google "Resize Photos" and you'll get all kinds of hits. This is one I use when I don't want to get into Photoshop. www.resizeyourimage.com/

I still can't get it to work.  I have Picasa on my computer and it keeps getting in the middle.  Uhhhh Guess I will keep the blank question mark person.

That's one of the many reasons I hate Picasa! Do you have another photo program?
