what are you eating/doing today? TGIF
Well I am at work with pneumonia because my employer doesnt give us sick time just PTO which I have none of. I just emailed my SUP because even though I have been taking antibiotics since Tuesday I dont feel any better so I am not coming into work tomorrow so I can go back in to Urgent Care.
Eats will be minimal cause I dont feel well but here the break down
protein coffee and Zone perfect bar for breakfast
water and codeine cough sryup for snack 
fruit for lunch
string cheese for dinner

Easter Friday. Meatless day for me today.
coffee+ milk
2 protein muffins
yogurt + proteins + flax (maybe + berries? )
eggs + cheese (maybe?)
protein shake
fish + veggies

I reality I will probably also eat some of my homebaked rosemary-garlic Atkins flour Irish brown bread (low-carb, high-protein) with a Laughing Cow Light blue cheese wedge and sundried tomatoes and I will have a pink lady apple with Fage. Not sure about the rest of the day - depends on how much coffee I drink!
Having RNY was probably the best thing I've ever done for myself.
Approx highest weight: ~350. Highest measured weight: 338. Surgery weight: 297. Lowest weight (for 5 minutes): 169. Current weight: 209. Goal weight: ??? - maybe 180-185, which was my maintenance weight before the regain.
So my good friend is still offering me riding lessons knowing full well that I cant pay her. She says I need it...I need something for me and some me time. Bless this woman!!! Cause I really do! So thats what Im doing tonight.
Tomorrow is poker night then Easter with the inlaws.
Food for today:
Smoothie King Strawberry Gladiator (20oz/180 cals/3 carb/45g protein)
Thats all I have planned today so far...I have to wing it today.
B- a few coffee - water - 1/2 a 12 grain bagel with 1tbsp FF cream cheese
- well ok - that was closer to brunch
S - 1/2 of a whole grain wrap with 1/3 cup white turkey, 1 oz skim milk mozza, lettuce, tomato, 1 tbsp light mayo
Evening - 2 drinks of vodka/peach schnapps with grapefruit juice - you asked?
Now - 2 string cheese with 8 small corn/flax crackers
probably with have some non fat yogurt before bed - and maybe some skim milk at some point
all in all - not the best - but I have had worse!
She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl
