MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE FOR TODAY
If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up.
Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I'm glad that you are posting the motivational quote here. I had been reading Dawn K's quotes in the Sex Before and After WLS Forum but the only person I know there is her abd her fiance. Now I can just get my motivation here.
I like the quote from Michael Jordan, but I think I'd look for a ddoor or a hallway. Personally, windows are out of the question as is any kind of climbing. As a person with a mental condition, I would also say to not pound your fist nor your head if you are blue and come to a wall. That wall may seem to be part of a pit so I'd say to just contact somebody--anybody to help you out at that point. Oftentimes, a kind word can relieve any feelings of panic. Then, suddenly, there is no wall nor pit and you can go on with your life. For example, I used to occasionally get a paniced feeling of depression and would call my wife at work. She'd tell me that there was nothing she could do immediately but she'd advise me to call my shrink's office. Most times, just hearing her voice was all that I needed. I'd be fine the rest of the day and she'd be upset. I usually called her an hour or two later to let her know that I was fine.
