ideas for vanilla protein

i'm starting to get nauseous at the fact of having to drink my 4oz of vanilla protein in decaf tea just to get it down. i've also put the vanilla in ice and water to make it like a vanilla icecreamish thing and did ok with that for a few days. any other ideas what to put my vanilla protein in or what i can put in my drink to change the flavor or give it a different flavor. i used the caramel SF torani too and didn't like that. i put it in 4oz of water just so i can get my protein in and then drink water the rest of the day. the way i try to do it is 4oz of 33g of vanilla protein in the morning, 15g of a flavored protein that tastes like gatorade to me and i drink that during the day through lunch, and at night i have another 4oz of 33g vanilla protein. i have several fruity flavors but now they are just too sweet to me

I got the SF caramel vanilla cream coffee mate in the fridge section while I was waiting for my Torani to arrive and I actually liked it better than any of the flavors I got.

try adding some pumpkin pie spice to your vanilla and tea to make chai
I use several combinations of sugar free flavoring to make different combinations, I like to add coconut and chocolate to make almond joy
a couple tablespoons of peanut butter (i grind my own out of unsalted peanuts at the grocery store)
half a banana,
blend a few pieces of frozen fruit,
you can try adding it to carbmaster yogurt
sugar free pudding cups but those only handle about half a scoop of protein very well.
Unfortunately most of the shakes you can do will be sweet, you are probably to early to try coffee, oh but hot cocoa might work, I make my own with fat free powdered creamer, cocoa, and equal, you can use whatever artificial sweetener is best for you then it's only as sweet as you want it. (you could leave out the sweetener from the dry mix and add it to each cup after you add your vanilla powder so you can adjust the flavor to your liking)

You can try decaf coffee ifyou like it.  Starbucks and other coffee companies have instants that are good (but very strong).  Some of the flavored syrups make the drink a bit sweet.  You could try plain unsweetend cocoa.

I used a orange sugar free popsicles. It taste like a creamsycle to me. Made it a little slushy too.

I use vanilla in my decaf coffee every morning.  Sometimes I give it a sprinkle of cinnamon, sometimes a splash of SF syurp.
It is also good with a orange crystal light stick, makes a cream cylce flavor.  I like it with strawberry or raspberry too.

I mix mine with about 4 oz of skim milk and either sf carmel syrup or hazlenut syrup and some instant coffee with a few ice cubes and blend it in my magic bullet. It reminds me of a frappe. I am starting to get sick of that though. Before I would use skim milk and half of a banana with a dash of cinamon.

I can't stand the shakes, I've been eating beef jerky instead (my jaw hurts LOL).. but the only way I can choke some down is if I put it into orange juice.

What kind of protein powder do you use? Have you tried different ones? I've tried several before I found a couple that I like. I use Bariatric Advantage vanilla, but I have also tried and liked Jay Robb vanilla.
I usually mix the powder with half skim milk, half water, and some ice cubes. Sometimes, I mix in half a frozen banana and a little peanut butter or PB2 if it's my only meal of the day (I have a lap band right now and struggle to get solids in sometimes).
