soft foods...and a few questions

I stalled , hated it..in another right now actually..and a good friend of mine warned me, she said it happens in 3s, 3 weeks, 3 months, 6 months.. etc... how right was she.. each of those I stalled and I am at 6 months. I was also encouraged to increase my calories, even count my protien calories. .. and boost my water and exercise..another important thing, our bodies will catch up and stall, healing process, you will see more results very soon I promise.. but I know it doesnt stop the worrying..heck I am right there right now.. 6 months is the slow down honeymoon phase.. oh joy.. ..

but I see your list of menu is pretty good, and keep journaling your foods, you will be able to sort out any possible stalls in the furture.

No I do not believe your causing it.. your body is taking a time out..
