Finally.

So I finally have an appt with my surgeon. I did my seminar, my paperwork, my 3 psych eval appts, my sleep study and today I had my 1st appt with the NUT. So they finally gave me appt to see him next week. I have to see him, wait for insurance approval (my advocate believes this will be no problem), see the NUT one more time (on 5-9) then have my 1/2 day pre-op class (with the Dr. and nurse). At my 1/2 day pre-op class I will get my date. I am hoping for end of May early June. All this waiting is making me crazy. I know it will all be worth it in the end.

wow, you are in the beginning stages, i remember those days, you sound very upbeat and positive, keep that momentum going, there will be some tough days ahead, but you'll find a way to press on, just keep the ultimate goal in sight!!

Hooray for progress! This seems fast to me, but with my insurance rigamarole it took me 9 months. I am so excited for you!!!
