Holy Crap I've pigged out today!

It's only 3:40 in the afternoon and I've already had:

A greek yogurt
A banana
Tuna on Wheat toast with mayo & onions
1 oz cheddar cheese
A serving of soynuts
A serving of turkey pepperoni
A lite laughing cow cheese wedge with 3 honey wheat pretzels

Oh, and 2 mini tootsie rolls.

Jesus! Talk about endless pouch day! 
Am I alone in this today? Is anyone else pigging out?

OMG!  Last week was awful for me!!  I was like...did I even HAVE surgery!!??  I had all kinds of stuff that I shouldn't.  I hit the gym extra hard and things seem to be ok. But geez...I so don't understand the "big pouch" days!!

GF, I feel ya! I have those days allllllllllll the time! More than I'd like to admit!
But my saving grace today is that at least the majority of my eating was good in protein. So, that makes me happy.

Yup, hate those days!!  But the good thing is that when I have those days, I just end up eating much more protein based foods.... my downfall thought, is peanut butter and banana!  If I have the little cups, I am good, but if I hit the peanut butter jar, I am in trouble!!  Its a far cry from my bad eating habit days of last year!!!
