I am looking for a good iPhone App (doesn't have to be free) for tracking:
- Water intake
- Protein intake
- Calories
- Workout time

I've used Sparkpeople and "Lose It!" before... is there something better out there for us WLS people?

Thanks!
Lisa

Theres an app called "my gastric bypass surgery"

I haven't downloaded it yet, because I'm doing the old fashioned pen and paper thing.

I use myfitnesspal. It also connects with the myfitnesspal.com website. So I can track my stuff at home on the computer on the go on my phone. It has a great database of foods and even a recipe builder for things you make at home. I like it a lot.

I used an app called My Net Diary. I really, really like it. I need to get back to tracking. Check it out for sure!!

Have a good weekend!
