did not pay attention to protein yesterday or h2o
Keep ever watchful on your protein and fluid levels. Yesterday was the first day that I nixed getting my protein and h20 in. I think I only got 36 grams protein and 40 oz of water in. I went and mowed the lawn yesterday which takes about 1-1/2 hours (mowing/bagging) and by the time I was almost done I had an excrutiating headache and my heart was pounding in my chest.
I had just went to the doctor on Friday and he said my blood pressure was that of a teenagers, never had high blood pressure before so don't know why he said that, but omg I was scared yesterday with the racing of my heart.
I work out 5-6 days a week with cardio at 45 minutes so I know my heart is good plus the cardiologist said I had a strong heart before RNY.
So do I contribute these symptons to my neglect in protein and water. Today I am at work and following my schedule to a "T" , I do think I do better at work because I am not out running around like I do on the weekends.
If posters come back and say, Yes, you lacked vital nutrients yesterday then please everyone take heed because it was not fun and very scary to have those feelings.
