pain in mid-stomach

at about three hours ago (cheeseburger patty) and about 30 minutes ago after drinking a shake I all of a sudden developed severe pain in my mid abdomen a little above my belly buton.  I can actually feel and see a small sweelling there that is painful to touch, I hear some stomach noises. Is this just gas or a blockage or what? very painful.
