15g Protein HALF sammy
Hey. I know some will say I am too early to have bread, but my nut and dr said if my belly can handle it, go for it. So, with that said, here you go.
1 slice of Borden Sharp Cheddar
1 slice deli turkey
1 slice Arnold Honey Whole Wheat bread
5 g protein each. Toast the bread and add mustard, DELISH!!!!!
Bad me, first meal of the day. I got a late start today. I will drink a protein shake about 4 or so and then have dinner at 6 and a heavy protein snakck later. I made Whote Chicken Chili in the microwave for dinner tonight. It has about 21g of protein for 1 cup. Link below. Enjoy
