No place like home!
After spending 4 days and 3 nights at the hospital I can honestly say, "There's NO place like home"
I must admit however that the staff at Scripps Mercy Hospital, San Diego were heaven sent..... and my surgeon, Dr. Taller is amazing!
New goal... get in all my fluids!

Hey there!! I went in 5:30 AM 5/18 Wed and was released around 2:00PM 5/20 Fri. You're right about being home.... it is wonderful. I too had an amazing hospital staff at MARYVIEW BON SECOURS here in Portsmouth, VA. My Surgeon, Dr.David Spencer, and his staff couldn't have been better.
I'm glad you're home...hope you are feeling well. I actually feel pretty good today. In a little while I'm gonna do some walking outside and get fresh air.
I'm having trouble getting all my liquids in too....guess we just keep plugging away...
