Hang gliding sounds like so much fun!  I really didn't think about doing that but might now!  I'm going to go white water rafting for the first time this summer! I'm also going to be climbing another 14,000ft mountain, riding in my first 100k bike ride (Hotter than Hell), and running my first 1/2 marathon!  There are so many things to do and not enough time! Lol  Another thing on my bucket list if Zip lining as well.  Isn't it great to be fit?!  Keep checking the things on the bucket list off and add new ones too!

WOW!! That's GREAT! a 100k bike ride is on my list of things I'm working up to. I'd also love to bike portions of the west coast!

Kayaking around Puget Sound and maybe doing some longer bicycle rides (10-20 miles, maybe).

With my new lease on life, I'm REALLY REALLY looking forward to summer!

Have you seen the long board riders on Alki beach? There was a story yesterday on the westseattleblog.com    it looked like so much fun. I think I'm going to drag the boy out to do that.

This past week was a teaser! Got me so excited, took naps in the grass at the local park.... it was perfect.

Will have to look into long boarding. Sounds interesting!

hey there lady hows it going, havnt seen u on here in a long time!  I had a seizure on sat for the first time apparently due to low blood sugar, ever heard of that on these forums anywhere.  I am so scared, i dont remember anybody ever saying that could happen, and im praying it will never happen again but i am really scared!

Hey you!! Reactive hypoglycemia is what I've heard it called. You can try a search on here since I think there are quite a few people who suffer from it. I am so sorry you are suffering. I'm sure it was terrifying. How has your weight loss been? Seems like a hundred years ago since I was your "angel". Are you all done with school? Working?

Okay, let me know if there is anything I can do for you or if I see any of the gals I know that suffer with it I'll pass their information along to you.

it does sound like it, actually and it says that you can have a seizure because of it.  Huh, well thats good to know. i was really worried.  Well im 2 years out and ive only lost 100, but i have never gained any back either.  However i would still like to lose about 30 more.  So i thought about going back to basics and doing a 5 day pouch test,  but then this happened.  So now im a little scared.   Im trying to figure out what to do to keep it from happening again.  I also thought about doing all protein and veggies, which seems like it would be ok, cause even some veggies have some carbs in them.  Im also hitting the gym like crazy too..... Ill get it off, hows yours going?
