1000 chicken wings and 1 pciece of salmon
So this weekend I went to a weeding reception. My half sisters mom. It was very nice. W\hen I arrived on Friday my sister was prepping to make pasta salad and hot wings for the party. So I jumped right in to help her. Well when it was all said and done in 2 days I think i fried and dipped nearly 1000 chicken wingettes. OMG!!!! I am a sucker for chicken wings. Well honestly I probably consumed about 6 bites of delischicken. But at the reception I was a good girl and had a pc of salmon, some mac n cheese, 2 or 3 green beans and some sliced cheese. I snacked on cheese and pepperoni all weekend. I did have a small slice of pizza friday night and half a slice on sat. I should not have, but pizza up north is so good. I had protein as I needed and brought my mini blender and powder. I was impressed with my sticking to my plan and incorporating protein and drinking fluids. Life is gettign back to normal. Now for a nap to get ready for my 16hr shift tonight. UGH!!!
I've always had kinda wimpy tastes and I never was interested in hot wings. About a month ago my son and I went to a wing place. They were delicious. I liked them really hot. Then I started making healthier wings at home. I became obsessed. The other day I reached maximum wing intake. I think it will be years before I eat them again! I've long been a single food item obsession girl but this one was kinda crazy even for me.
